I think this means that there are a lot of books so to learn anything will be harder as to study the whole world. It is going to be better to learn a little in the environment than to find it in loads of books.

I think this means that people that are more educated avoid foolish actions. Those that rush and don't think, will fall with their errors into problems.

I know what this means (really it's straight forward). If you only have knowledge but don't do anything to help out (action)...then your knowledge isn't useful. We were meant to have knowledge to use it as a benefit.
